Product

How can I order a product?

To order a product, first you need to register with www.divyaemporio.com and logged in to your account. Then select the item you want to purchase. Add the item to shopping bag, and then proceed to check out. Enter the shipping address and select the desired mode of payment. On successful completion of payment, an order has been placed.

 I ordered a product, but now I want to change the product. How can I do that?

The product can be changed before it has been dispatched. Please send us an email with the existing product code and the new product code. Our team will check if the product has been dispatched or not and let you buy a new product of same or higher value. After receiving the order for new product, the amount paid for the old product will be refunded. If the new product is of lower value, then a gift voucher of the remaining amount will be sent to you.

I found the same product at a lower price on a different website. Can I cancel my order?

Due to continuous fluctuations in currency rates, the product rates may change. Please email us with your product code and the link at which the same product is available at a lower price. We will find a solution to your problem.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, an order can be cancelled within 24 hours with 100% refunds if the product is not dispatched. If the product is dispatched, you may still send us the product back upon  receiving and we will refund the amount but deducting the shipping cost that was incurred by us. A product cannot be returned or exchanged if it is altered or customized. However, you can get the product re-fitted. Please see our Return & exchange policy for more details.

The shipping cost that we charge for products are usually lower than actually paid by us. So, in case of exchange of products, the customer needs to pay the actual shipping cost incurred by us.

How will I receive the refunds?

Refunds are issued via the same mode of payment that was used to make the payment at the time of ordering.

We offer a range of payment options for the convenience of customers.

 Is there an option of Cash on delivery?

 Yes, customers in India have an option to make the payment upon receiving the order. There is no shipping cost or any other charges for  delivery within India.

 How secure are my payment and card details?

    The credit card/payment details given by the user to our payment gateways never reaches us or any other party unless required for verification in case of fraud.

  Why I am charged an extra amount by my banks, following the transaction that I place with you?

This is not under our control. These are extra fees that the banks charge customers in the name of International Transaction fee. It could also be a Currency Conversion fee that     your banks have charged you, for this transaction. Please get in touch with your banks, to get clarity on the same. We charge you only the amount that we display in our Order invoice.

   What is your Privacy Policy?

   We value your privacy and your details are absolutely secure with us. While taking your order we collect only the basic information that is required and that information is  absolutely safe with us. However, if at any time you feel that your privacy is being compromised, please contact us and we will find a solution to your problem.

 Shipping

 Are there any shipping charges?

 The shipping charges are free within India. Outside India, they vary from product to product. However, we provide free global shipping on orders above $99.

  Can I track the package once it is sent from India?

 Yes, once you place an order with us, you will receive an email with the AWB number, which is used to track the shipment. You may check the status of order on our website, or on  the website of our shipping company.

 Do I have to pay custom duties?

 Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our control, but are determined by your local government.

  I was unavailable to collect the package when the shipment came. Now what do I do?

  After the order is dispatched from India, you will receive an email with the order details, along with the courier company details. You may contact them directly for scheduling a  delivery as per your convenience. However, the address of delivery must be the same as given as the time of ordering.

Returns & Exchange

Can I return or exchange a product after alterations/customizations?

No, a product cannot be returned or exchanged if it is altered or customized. However, you can get the product re-fitted.

Do you sell your products to re-sellers?

Yes, we sell our products to re-sellers/retailers. Please email us with more details about your interests and we shall get in touch with you.

Are there special prices for re-sellers?

Yes, there are. We would be able to tell you the same once you email us your requirements.
